Luiz seals Chelsea return

joined the club from PSG on a three-year deal
Chelsea re-signed David Luiz from Paris St-Germain for a fee believed to be in
the region of £30m.
Luiz passed his medical and completed his return to Stamford Bridge five
minutes before the summer transfer window was due to close.
